Horrible experience when requesting for my transcript to be sent to an out of state school. I was promised that it would be sent the day after I called 2 weeks ago, and it still has not made it to the school. The registrar never answers the phone nor returns phone calls. This request has now become urgent, and is still not taken care of in a timely manner. This is unfortunate, because I went to this high school for a year and loved it.
